Cathy Callahan

Serving as the Customer Service Manager of Senator Promotional Group USA, Cathy’s role involves heavy customer relations and leading a team of individuals who are the first point of contact for SPGUSA clients. Most recently with Heeling Sports, Ltd. and relatively knew to the promotional products industry, Cathy plans and strategizes goals for the customer service team and is responsible for gathering and analyzing data that will continue to streamline and improve her department’s interactions with SPGUSA customers.

In her free time, Cathy loves to spend time with her husband, three children and with the newest addition to the Callahan clan – her granddaughter.
